Economic growth and social responsibility – the IT company “enterprise”, based at Landsberg’s Max-Planck-Center, has both, and that’s why this autumn they are offering professional training for future IT specialists.

Two young school leavers from the Landsberg area can relax and enjoy the coming summer holidays: They have signed the indentures and can start their professional training as IT specialists with a focus on application development in September 2007 – without having to move away from family and friends. “We keep growing – and we are offering school leavers a good job perspective close to home,” says Rainer H. Schwandt, Head of Development at “enterprise” and responsible for training and internships.

The company is growing rapidly due to an excellent order situation. This makes it particularly important for Managing Director Marco Hesselbart to breed competent, well-trained junior employees for his company. And for the young people, this means laying a solid foundation for their professional career by being trained for a job with a future.
