The software company enterprise has achieved excellent results in all fields of the survey “create health” of the TU Munich.

Landsberg am Lech, 1 July 2008: In a survey conducted by the TU Munich concerning creativity and health in the working process, enterprise achieved superior results concerning the working atmosphere. Staff members and executives especially evaluated their job satisfaction with the highest available score. Marco Hesselbart, enterprise's Managing Director, is very pleased with the good result: “I am glad to see that our active efforts are successful and the staff members feel comfortable.”
The increasing discussion about the correlation of creativity and health in the working process induced the TU Munich to conduct a survey on this topic. For the survey, questionnaires were sent to staff members and executives of companies of different sizes. Fields of evaluation were time pressure,, team atmosphere and leadership, job satisfaction and creativity.
