The software company enterprise has been admitted to the database „Good Practice“ of the initiative „Neue Qualität der Arbeit“, because of its above average results in all fields of the TU Munich's survey „Create Health“ .
Landsberg am Lech, December 02, 2008: enterprise, the Landsberg-based software company, has successfully applied for the admittance to the database “Good Practice” of the initiative “Neue Qualität der Arbeit”. The decisive factor for the application was the above average success of enterprise in the survey “Create Health” conducted by the TU Munich concerning creativity and health at work. There, enterprise achieved superior results concerning the working atmosphere. Job satisfaction in particular was evaluated with the highest available score by staff members and executives.
“We are glad that our actions for a good working atmosphere found the INQA's approval and that we have been admitted so fast to the “Good Practice” database, says Marco Hesselbart, enterprise's Managing Director.
INQA's database “Good Practice” contains numerous examples of innovative companies that have successfully implemented actions for a positive job structure. Moreover, it provides helpful approaches as to how motivation and health as well as competitiveness and customer satisfaction can be increased.
INQA is a joint initiative of state and federal governments, social partners, social insurance carriers, foundations and companies. Their motto is:”Added value through appreciation”. This includes the idea that Germany can only be globally competitive by connecting efficient and effective economic activities with an employee oriented corporate culture. INQA has been founded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and is supported by the Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin, i. e. the federal agency of employment protection and industrial medicine.
